We start by getting to know you, your family, and how you actually want to use your backyard. We'll talk through what isn't working now, learn what you're picturing, whether that's an inground pool, an outdoor kitchen, or a whole outdoor living space, and walk you through exactly how ZLM works from here.

STEP 2

DESIGN

Next we turn your ideas into a real plan. Our design team produces the layouts and renderings that let you see your new space, the patio, the pergola, the fire feature, before we ever break ground, so you know exactly what you're getting and how it all fits together.

STEP 3

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Then we handle the details that make it real. We help you choose your materials and finishes, source everything through our trusted vendors, and take care of the drafting and permitting so your project keeps moving without the usual headaches.

BUILD & INSTALLATION

Now we build. Our own ZLM Outdoor Living crews manage construction from start to finish, keeping every phase on schedule and true to the design, so what we drew is exactly what shows up in your yard.

Here's what sets us apart: we don't just design and build, we furnish it too. Right from our Casco showroom, we outfit your new space with the outdoor furniture and finishing touches that pull it all together, so it's ready to enjoy the day it's done.

All of it. ZLM Outdoor Living brings design, build, and furnishings together under one roof, so the same team that plans your space also builds it and outfits it with furniture from our showroom. You’re not left coordinating a designer, a contractor, and a furniture store on your own.
Just about anything you’d want out back: pools, patios, pergolas and pavilions, outdoor kitchens, fire features, landscape lighting, outdoor audio, motorized screens, and more. We take on both residential and commercial projects.
Our showroom is at 9422 Marine City Hwy in Casco, MI. March through October we’re open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with weekends by appointment. November through February we’re by appointment only. Call the showroom at 586-301-0120 to set up a time.
